  • All accounts will be charged monthly in advance. Payment of the first month charges must be received before occupation.
  • After the minimum 1 month period has lapsed, 28 days’ notice of termination must be given.
  • Payment in arrears will be charged at double the daily rate shown above.
  • Failure to pay the monthly storage charge will result in the customer being denied access to their unit and the contents will subsequently be sold at public auction to recover any losses incurred by Exmouth Self Storage.
